Submit a return request for your order. Keep your order number and checkout email/phone ready.

Need help? Email support@lazeex.com. For damage/shortage claims, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Request within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

  • Wrong/defective item or size issues are eligible.
  • Hygiene items, made-to-order products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Invoice and original packaging required.

Record one continuous, clear video from the sealed packet to the product, showing the shipping label and all contents. Claims without video may be rejected.

We arrange pickup where available. After QC, return is processed. If pickup isn’t available, we’ll share a drop-off address and reimburse standard shipping upon approval.

Refunds go to the original payment method or wallet within 3–7 business days after QC. COD refunds are processed to bank/wallet as applicable.
