By registering as a Seller on LAZEEX, you agree to comply with all platform policies, marketplace rules, and applicable Indian laws. Non-compliance may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your seller account.

2. Authenticity & Product Standards

• All products listed must be 100% genuine, new, and in sellable condition.
• Counterfeit, used, or unauthorized replica items are strictly prohibited.
• Sellers are solely responsible for product quality, description accuracy, and packaging compliance.

3. Listing & Content Guidelines

• Product images and titles must be clear, professional, and non-misleading.
• Use only your own images or those with proper rights. Copyrighted or stolen media is not allowed.
• Do not list items under incorrect categories or manipulate listings to mislead buyers.

4. Order Fulfilment & Shipping

• Sellers must dispatch all confirmed orders within the defined time frame.
• Proper packaging with LAZEEX-approved branding and barcode labels is mandatory.
• Orders must be shipped only through approved logistic partners integrated with the LAZEEX platform.

5. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

• All sellers must honor the LAZEEX Return and Refund Policy.
• Sellers are responsible for verifying return product condition upon receipt before approving refunds.
• Return abuse, false claims, or delayed actions may result in penalties.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Sellers are expected to maintain fair and transparent pricing.
• Payments will be processed as per the LAZEEX Payout Schedule after deduction of commissions, logistics, and applicable fees.
• Any fraudulent activity or fake orders will lead to immediate account suspension and legal action.

7. Communication & Conduct

• Sellers must maintain professional and respectful communication with buyers and LAZEEX staff.
• Sharing personal contact details or attempting to bypass the platform’s transaction system is strictly forbidden.

8. Legal & Compliance

• All sellers must possess valid business documents (GST, PAN, Address Proof, etc.).
• Selling restricted, banned, or illegal items under Indian law is a criminal offense and will be reported to authorities.

9. Intellectual Property Protection

• Any violation of intellectual property rights (trademark, copyright, or brand misuse) will lead to immediate deactivation of the seller account and potential legal consequences.

10. Agreement
